Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the services provided by the Grand Central building, the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Grand Central and its users.

Article 2 (Effect of Terms and Conditions)

1. These terms and conditions takes effect by posting it on the service screen or otherwise notifying the user.

2. Grand Central may revise these Terms and Conditions frequently to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws, and the amended content becomes effective when notified in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.

3. In case of revising these Terms and Conditions, the amended terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and for contracts already concluded before that, the provisions of the terms and conditions prior to the amendment apply as they are.

4. Regarding matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc. and related laws or commercial practices determined by the Fair-Trade Commission shall be followed.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

Definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

1. User: A person who uses the services provided by Grand Central

2. Manager: A person selected by Grand Central for the overall management and smooth operation of the service

3. Personal information: Information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

1. Grand Central will conduct the following:

① Provision of business information and conclusion of a purchase contract

② Other services set by Grand Central

2. In case of changing the Grand Central service, the user may be notified by the method specified in Article 2, and the service in Paragraph 1 may be provided after changing.

Article 5 (Notification to Users)

1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by Grand Central and expressing their intention to comply to these terms and conditions.

2. Users may request withdrawal at any time, and Grand Central will process the withdrawal immediately.

3. The time of establishment of the membership contract is the time when the member is notified of Grand Central's approval.

Article 6 (Protection of User's Personal Information)

Grand Central does its best to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy established by Grand Central.

Article 7 (Obligations of Grand Central)

Grand Central cannot disclose users' personal information (including credit information) for the safe use of Internet services by the user.

However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

① When there is a request from a national institution in accordance with the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications

② When there is an investigation purpose for a crime or there is a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee

③ When there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated in other related laws

Article 8 (Obligations of Users) Users must not engage in the following acts.

1. Registration of false content at the time of application or change

2. Act of letting a third party use the user's ID and password

3. Information theft of others

4. Sending or posting information other than the information specified by Grand Central (computer programs, etc.) than those specified by Grand Central

5. Infringement of Grand Central's copyrights, copyrights of others, and other rights

6. Acts that damage the honor of Grand Central and others or interfere with business

7. Acts that are objectively judged to be linked to a crime

8. Violating other relevant laws and the terms and conditions set by Grand Central

Article 9 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by Grand Central belong to Grand Central.

2. Users shall not use information obtained by using Grand Central, whose intellectual property rights belong to Grand Central, for profit-making purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of Grand Central or allow a third party to do so.

3. Grand Central must notify the user when using the copyright belonging to the user based on these terms

4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that a work posted by a user infringes the rights of Grand Central or a third party or is contrary to public order and morals, Grand Central may arbitrarily delete it and notify the user.

5. In principle, the publisher has the right and responsibility for the posting. However, the copyright and portrait rights of users' ideas, manuscripts, photos, etc. submitted through the service are attributed to Grand Central.

Article 10 (Service Use Hours)

1. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is an operational or technical difficulty of Grand Central or other special reasons. However, if Grand Central requires equipment inspection, or there is a problem with the use of the service due to force majeure such as equipment failure or excessive use of the service, all or part of the service may be restricted.

2. Grand Central may divide the service into a certain range and set the available time for each range separately.

Article 11 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute between Grand Central and the user, Korean law will apply.
